The team of our historic Montalcino winery selects the grapes with care, right from the moment of harvest. Our technicians are assisted in the selection by family members, historical founders and managers of Poggio Degli Ulivi. A team of expert oenologists and partners chooses the best grapes, allocating them to the winemaking process and to the production of the best wine.

Our winery in Siena produces the true Tuscan wine of the Val d'Orcia, offering an original and authentic Brunello di Montalcino. A product with a centuries-old history, considered the best wine in Italy.

Quality is an indispensable requirement for our wine production: the Estate. Vintages in which the grapes do not meet the ideal characteristics for production will temporarily stop the production process.

Tradition requires a rigorous selection of the grapes to be processed: the wine to be bottled must always be able to live up to the Poggio Degli Ulivi estate label.
